Our hotel is Built in 2002 and run by a new mgmt since last year. Our hotel is located at Fethiye , it is home to many symphony and
musical places , fine dining , shopping , music venues , many within walking distance of our hotel .

Every effort is being expended to insure a peaceful holiday in a modern , free and up-to-date environment . We offer a warm and trustworthy
holiday , with equal service and respect to all of our guests . Our development and improvement efforts are continuing since the first opening
season . 2009 has started with a new Restaurant-Bar and a new facade .

Please send an e-mail or call us for this purpose one week before your reservation date . There is no cancellation fee . We will confirm your
request same day .

How do I know my reservation is confirmed ?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon recipt of your e-mail for reservation process .

What does the price include ?
Bed and breakfast is included in the room price . All extra facilities or requests that are not included in this list have to be arranged
directly with the hotel after making your reservation (i.e. tours , sport activities , shuttle service etc.) .

Pricing
Are the rates on your website per person or per room ?
All rates are per room per day , unless stated differently i.e. dormitory beds .

Is breakfast included in the price ?
Yes , It is included . We can also provide lunch and/or dinner of your choice for a modest fee . Please state your decision during the
reservation . This information is also displayed on your confirmation e-mail .

Are taxes included in the room rates ?
Yes all taxes are included . There is nothing extra for you to pay .

Do I pay the full price for my child(ren) ?
No , there is no payment for children up to 12 years old and a 75 % payment for children up to 18 years old .

Do you offer special discounts . ?
All senior citizens get a 25 % discount.

You may check-in latest 11:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am .
